Resource Coordinator

Location: Manchester

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-orientated person to join our team in Manchester, working across the whole company, in the role of Resource Coordinator. Keeping to deadlines, excellent communication, and good common sense / using initiative are highly sought-after qualities in any individual considered for the role, as well as an interest or experience with broadcast and digital cinema equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal coordination of all missing and damage reported by technicians, across all offices.
  • External communication to clients of missing and damage as coordinated above.
  • Keeping the Workshop up to date by liaising with our internal engineers as well as external service centres.
  • Monitoring the Resources channel on Teams for any queries or requests from Bookings or Technicians.
  • Liaising with Bookings to facilitate kit swaps with clients / projects.
  • Liaising with clients with jobs due back the following day and reporting back to the Operations and Bookings Managers.
  • Coordinate any annual or ad hoc stock checks required by Management.
  • Working alongside Commercial and Bookings teams to ensure stock availability and promotional items etc..

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Good IT knowledge (esp. Office 365, Teams etc.)

Senior Bookings Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-orientated person to join our centralised bookings team in the role of Senior Bookings Coordinator. Keeping to deadlines, excellent communication, good common sense and using initiative are highly sought-after qualities for this role. An interest or experience with broadcast and digital cinema equipment is essential. The role can be based in either Manchester or London.  

At the core of this role is our customer service values, supporting our clients and developing strong relationships with them is crucial. You will work as part of a passionate and motivated team; we are taking applications from individuals with a range of experience.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing with all client equipment hire booking requests. 
  • Creating and Developing client relationships. 
  • Responding and Resolving any client problems or queries. 
  • Working alongside our Warehouse team & Operations Manager to ensure prompt & correct delivery of all kit. 
  • Building & developing good industry relationships with other companies. 
  • Various administrative duties including setting up new client accounts and regular invoicing. 
  • Supporting other members of the team.

Required Skills: 

  • Exceptional levels of customer service. 
  • Excellent phone manner and comfortable dealing with a high volume of phone calls. 
  • Good knowledge of Broadcast & Film equipment. 
  • Excellent computer skills – previous use of rental software is an advantage. 
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and calmly in a busy environment. 
  • Relevant industry experience essential.
